ABOUT ALICIA
For over a decade, Alicia has practiced Massage Therapy across a wide range of settings — from clinical environments to luxury spas — developing a deep sensitivity to how bodies respond to care, change, and stress.

Over time, she began to notice that her treatments consistently created a different kind of response. Clients often reported not just relief, but a sense of clarity, grounding, and lasting change. This led Alicia to ask a deeper question: what, exactly, was creating that difference?

Her exploration brought her into the study of the nervous system, polyvagal theory, and the fascial network — revealing how movement, touch, and perception work together to influence regulation, resilience, and recovery.

While offering therapeutic home care strategies, Alicia observed a common challenge: without guided support, most people struggled to integrate movement consistently or safely. Exercises were often forgotten, misunderstood, or lacked the precision needed to be effective.

This inquiry led her toward structured, alignment-based movement approaches that prioritize control, breath, and nervous system awareness. Influenced by Pilates-informed principles, Alicia integrates gentle, remedial movement education into her work when appropriate — supporting clients in translating hands-on care into sustainable change.
Today, Alicia’s work blends manual therapy with nervous-system-informed movement guidance — supporting clients in developing awareness, stability, and trust in their own bodies.
